Price

The product page and Stripe checkout show the current price before payment. Individual paid planning tools currently offered by Stackgap Atlas are priced at USD 9.00 each unless a product page states otherwise. A bundle is not offered for sale until it is explicitly marked live.

Additional charges

No physical shipping fee applies. Your internet provider, bank, card issuer or payment provider may charge connectivity, foreign-exchange or other fees that are outside Stackgap Atlas’s control.

Payment method and timing

Payment is made in one transaction through Stripe or Link using the methods shown at checkout. Payment is due when the order is submitted.

Delivery

After a successful payment, checkout redirects to a protected delivery page for the purchased product. The protected download link is available for 7 days after purchase. Save the downloaded ZIP promptly. If delivery fails, contact support with the order date and receipt or order reference.

File format and operating environment

Paid workbook products are delivered as ZIP archives containing Microsoft Excel workbook files and related guidance unless the product page states otherwise. Use a current version of Microsoft Excel capable of opening .xlsx files and software capable of extracting ZIP archives. Google Sheets and Apple Numbers compatibility is not promised unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Cancellation and refunds

Digital-download purchases are generally final once access is provided, except where applicable law gives the purchaser a cancellation, refund or other mandatory right. See the refund policy before ordering.
